Equity moves forward when we move together
Collaborating with DonnaCollaboration isn’t a service — it’s shared work
Collaboration can take different forms depending on what an organization needs. It may involve work in rural health, public‑insurance populations, and community‑based care, or support that helps people look closely at how their systems operate and how those systems shape real experiences. This can include strategic support, systems review, or patient‑experience insight. The work moves at a pace that allows people to see what is happening within their structures, to understand where gaps remain, and to stay present with the realities that shape access and outcomes. When organizations engage in this way, meaningful progress becomes possible.
Share Perspectives
Collaboration often begins with conversation. I value spaces where people can talk openly about what they’re noticing and what they’re trying to make sense of. If you’re sorting through something connected to equity or systems, I’m glad to think it through with you.
SOME EXAMPLES OF THIS COULD BE:
Reflecting on something happening in your community
Talking through a moment that raise questions for you
Exploring how a system is affecting people you care about
Naming something you’ve noticed and want to unpack
Explore Ideas Together
Collaboration can be as simple as sitting with a question or a possibility. If you’re working on something connected to community or change, I’m open to exploring it with you in a way that feels thoughtful and real.
BRAINSTORMING IDEAS MAY BE:
Considering an idea you’re shaping
Thinking through a direction you’re unsure about
Exploring a challenge you’re navigating
Imagining what a different approach might open up
Build Collective Understanding
Equity work becomes stronger when people choose to learn alongside one another. I welcome opportunities to reflect on how systems shape real lives and real outcomes. If you’re looking for a place to make sense of that work with someone who cares about it, I’m here.
THIS COULD INVOLVE:
Talking through how a system is functioning
Reflecting on outcomes you’re seeing
Noticing patterns that keep showing up
Considering what equity asks of of the situation in a specific moment
